I learnt from a client today

Today from my client, a philosophy graduate, I learnt about another world class annual event in Oxford. Not one I would ever normally come across. I don’t rate myself as a recreational philosopher however I do have a keen interest in John Locke, and this event is named after him.

The John Locke Lectures are a series of lectures in philosophy held every year by the Oxford.

Named after the Christ Church philosopher and “Student” (that means fellow at Christ Church) John Locke.

Apparently they are the world's most prestigious lectures in philosophy, and are among the most prestigious academic lectures in the world.
